The staff were very helpful. Receptionists Justyna, Kasia, and Magda were particularly superb. The location is PRIME, right on the main street (I liked being so close to everything). The pool and sauna were a welcome bonus after a day of exploring.
The window in my room did not seal perfectly, so i could hear some street noise at night.

The location is very central. A bus from the airport dropped me within a fifteen-minute walk down some charming streets. I found this very convenient. The pool was a nice addition and towels were provided. It was not crowded .
Drinks were well-priced though the service was occasionally slow during peak hours.

The location allowed very easy access to many tourist sites. The breakfast included a large variety of food at the omelet station.
The pillows had an odd square shape making it difficult to find a comfortable position for my head.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The location is excellent and is right in the middle of bars restaurants and shops. The indoor pool is beautiful during the winter months when you can watch the snow fall. The bed was very comfortable.
The bar closed early and I could not order a drink in the evening.

The front desk staff were very helpful. Their service impressed me. i found the facilities to be excellent. the room i had was spacious and clean. the breakfast offered a huge variety. It was delicious.
i noticed the bar closed relatively early, which limited options for late evening refreshments.

The hotel has a perfect location right in the center. I was able to pay for parking next to the hotel. The breakfast was very delicious with fresh pancakes.
The water in the swimming pool was cold. There was no fruit for yogurt, only one type of ham and cheese. I was waiting for a bigger standard.
